Basic Leadership Competency Pathway

In the book “Business Unusual”, Johnny Wong, the elder of Gateway described the foundational competencies that needed to be developed are Adventist Identity which leads to revival; and this is followed by Discipleship to develop skills to surrender to the word, time and life mission. The other two competencies to develop are Personal Ministry and Care Group Ministry for effective soul winning work.

You can learn advanced personal soul winning skills to help you reach your friends & family; how to plan, organise a public evangelism campaign; about health evangelism, centre of influences and how it works with CAREGroups; and practical skills on church leadership and church planting as your group begin to grow!
